ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น ประกาศผลการดำเนินงานไตรมาส 3/2569 ทำกำไรต่อเนื่องเป็นไตรมาสที่ 7 โดยได้รับแรงหนุนจากการเติบโตของรายได้และการบริหารการเงินอย่างมีวินัย รายได้จากการให้บริการเมื่อปรับรายการที่มีผลกระทบต่อการเปรียบเทียบแล้วเพิ่มขึ้น 2.0% เมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อน และยังคงเติบโตต่อเนื่องจากไตรมาสก่อน แม้เผชิญกับสภาพแวดล้อมในการดำเนินธุรกิจที่ท้าทาย โดยในไตรมาสนี้ บริษัทฯ มีกำไรสุทธิหลังหักภาษี 6.7 พันล้านบาท ขณะที่ EBITDA อยู่ที่ 2.85 หมื่นล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 5.7% เมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อน

นายซิกเว่ เบรกเก้ ประธานคณะผู้บริหารกลุ่ม บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า “ในไตรมาส 3/2569 บริษัทฯ ทำสถิติสูงสุดเป็นประวัติการณ์ทั้งรายได้จากการให้บริการ EBITDA และกำไรสุทธิ สะท้อนถึงความแข็งแกร่งในการดำเนินงานและวินัยในการบริหารจัดการ การเติบโตของรายได้จากการให้บริการในธุรกิจโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่และออนไลน์ได้รับแรงสนับสนุนจากระบบบริหารคุณค่าลูกค้า (Customer Value Management: CVM) ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI ซึ่งช่วยส่งมอบข้อเสนอที่เหมาะสมให้แก่ลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางและช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสม เราเริ่มเห็นผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมจากการทรานส์ฟอร์มองค์กรด้วย AI อย่างเข้มข้น ทั้งในด้านการสร้างมูลค่าทางธุรกิจและการยกระดับประสบการณ์ลูกค้า ในระยะต่อไปเราจะเร่งสร้างรากฐานด้าน AI ที่แข็งแกร่ง พร้อมนำ AI มาเป็นพลังขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานขององค์กร ควบคู่กับการเติบโตของรายได้ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าได้ปรับตัวดีขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญจากปีก่อนในทุกกลุ่มธุรกิจ จากการขับเคลื่อนดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ ยังคงเดินหน้าได้ตามแผนเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินปี 2569 และเป้าหมายระยะกลางที่วางไว้”

จำนวนผู้ใช้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่เพิ่มขึ้น 142,000 เลขหมายจากไตรมาสก่อน มาอยู่ที่ 48.8 ล้านเลขหมาย โดยมีผู้ใช้บริการ 5G จำนวน 20.5 ล้านเลขหมาย ขณะที่ผู้ใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตบ้านเพิ่มขึ้น 30,000 ราย จากไตรมาสก่อน มาอยู่ที่ 3.3 ล้านราย ณ สิ้นไตรมาส

นายนกุล เซห์กัล หัวหน้าคณะผู้บริหารด้านการเงิน บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า “ผลการดำเนินงานไตรมาส 3/2569 สะท้อนถึงคุณภาพของผลกำไรที่ปรับตัวดีขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยได้รับแรงหนุนจากการเติบโตอย่างสม่ำเสมอของรายได้จากธุรกิจหลักและการบริหารต้นทุนอย่างมีวินัย รายได้จากการให้บริการเมื่อปรับรายการที่มีผลกระทบต่อการเปรียบเทียบแล้วเพิ่มขึ้น 2.0% เมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อน และทำระดับสูงสุดนับตั้งแต่การควบรวมกิจการ โดยได้รับแรงหนุนจากการเติบโตของธุรกิจโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่และธุรกิจออนไลน์ จากการฟื้นตัวของรายได้และการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผลให้ EBITDA เพิ่มขึ้น 5.7% เมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อน ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น ทำกำไรสุทธิหลังหักภาษีสูงสุดเป็นประวัติการณ์ที่ 6.7 พันล้านบาทในไตรมาสที่ 3 และเมื่อปรับผลกระทบจากรายการพิเศษที่เกิดขึ้นเพียงครั้งเดียวในไตรมาสนี้ กำไรสุทธิอยู่ที่ 7 พันล้านบาท ผลการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวช่วยเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งทางการเงินของบริษัทฯ และตอกย้ำความสามารถในการสร้างมูลค่าให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นอย่างยั่งยืน คณะกรรมการบริษัทฯ ได้อนุมัติการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจำนวน 5.5 พันล้านบาท คิดเป็นอัตราการจ่ายเงินปันผล 83% หรือเงินปันผล 0.16 บาทต่อหุ้น (Dividend per Share: DPS)”

ตัวเลขทางการเงินที่สำคัญสำหรับไตรมาส 3/2569

• รายได้จากการให้บริการไม่รวมรายได้ค่าเชื่อมต่อโครงข่าย (IC): อยู่ที่ 4.16 หมื่นล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 0.9% เมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อน โดยได้รับแรงหนุนจากการเติบโตของธุรกิจโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่และธุรกิจออนไลน์ ซึ่งถูกชดเชยบางส่วนจากรายได้ธุรกิจโทรทัศน์บอกรับสมาชิก (PayTV) ที่ลดลง และเพิ่มขึ้น 0.6% จากไตรมาสก่อน จากการเติบโตของธุรกิจโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่และธุรกิจออนไลน์ เมื่อปรับผลกระทบจากรายได้การให้บริการข้ามโครงข่ายภายในประเทศที่ลดลง และปัจจัยตามฤดูกาลของรายได้ธุรกิจ PayTV แล้ว รายได้จากการให้บริการเพิ่มขึ้น 2.1% เมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อน และ 0.7% จากไตรมาสก่อน
• EBITDA: 2.85 หมื่นล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 5.7% เมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อน โดยได้รับแรงหนุนจากการเติบโตของรายได้ ประโยชน์จากการได้มาซึ่งใบอนุญาตให้ใช้คลื่นความถี่ และการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน ขณะที่ EBITDA เพิ่มขึ้น 0.6% จากไตรมาสก่อน อัตราส่วน EBITDA ต่อรายได้จากการให้บริการปรับตัวดีขึ้น 3.1 จุดเปอร์เซ็นต์จากปีก่อน มาอยู่ที่ 68.4% ในไตรมาส 3/2569 นับตั้งแต่การควบรวมกิจการแล้วเสร็จ EBITDA ของทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น เพิ่มขึ้นรวม 9 พันล้านบาท หรือเติบโต 46%
• อัตราส่วนหนี้สินสุทธิต่อ EBITDA (Leverage Ratio): อยู่ที่ 3.6 เท่า ณ สิ้นไตรมาส 3/2569 ลดลง 0.5 เท่าจากปีก่อน และลดลง 0.1 เท่าจากไตรมาสก่อน
• กำไรสุทธิหลังหักภาษี (NPAT): อยู่ที่ 6.7 พันล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 324.1% หรือ 4.2 เท่าเมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อน และเพิ่มขึ้น 1.8% จากไตรมาสก่อน

Rebounding topline and operational efficiencies lead to seventh consecutive quarter of profitability for True Corporation; THB 5.5 billion interim dividend

November 2, 2026 – True Corporation announced its third-quarter 2026 financial results, marking its seventh consecutive profitable quarter, supported by topline growth and disciplined financial management. Normalized service revenue increased 2.0% year-on-year, with sustained quarter-on-quarter growth despite a challenging operating environment. For the quarter, net profit after tax reached THB 6.7 billion, while EBITDA rose 5.7% year-on-year to THB 28.5 billion. 

Mr. Sigve Brekke, Group Chief Executive Officer of True Corporation Public Company Limited, said, “In 3Q26, we achieved all-time highs in service revenue, EBITDA, and Net Profit, reflecting strong execution and operational discipline. Growth in service revenue across our mobile and online businesses was supplemented by our AI-orchestrated customer value management system, which delivers the right offers to customers through the right channels at the right time. We are beginning to see tangible business value and improved customer experiences from our intensive AI transformation. In the period to come, we will accelerate our focus on building a solid AI fundament and AI-empowered growth and productivity. Alongside revenue growth, customer satisfaction also improved significantly year on year across all segments. Building on this momentum, we remain on track to meet our 2026 financial commitments and mid-term targets.” 

Mobile subscribers increased by 142,000 quarter-on-quarter to 48.8 million, including 20.5 million 5G subscribers. Online subscribers grew by 30,000 quarter-on-quarter reaching 3.3 million at the end of the quarter. 

Mr. Nakul Sehgal, Chief Financial Officer of True Corporation Public Company Limited, said, “Our third quarter performance reflects continued improvement in the quality of our earnings, supported by steady growth in core revenue and continued discipline in cost management. Normalized service revenue grew 2.0% year-on-year reaching its all-time high since amalgamation, driven by growth in mobile and online business segments. Boosted by topline rebound and well-controlled operational costs, EBITDA increased 5.7% year-on-year. True Corporation recorded a record high net profit of THB 6.7 billion during the third quarter. Normalized for extraordinary one-time items during the quarter, net profit reached THB 7.0 billion. Together, these results strengthen our financial position and reinforce our ability to deliver sustainable value to shareholders. The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of THB 5.5 billion, representing a payout ratio of 83% and THB 0.16 Dividend Per Share (DPS).”

Key Financial Indicators for Q326

• Service revenue excluding IC: THB 41.6 billion increasing 0.9% year-on-year driven by growth in mobile and online business segments, partially offset by decline in PayTV and 0.6% quarter-on-quarter driven by growth in mobile and online business segments. Adjusted for lower domestic roaming revenue and seasonal PayTV revenues, service revenue increased 2.1% year-on-year and 0.7% quarter-on-quarter.
• EBITDA: THB 28.5 billion in Q326, increasing by 5.7% year-on-year driven by topline growth, benefit from spectrum acquisition & operational efficiencies. EBITDA improved 0.6% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA margin (to service revenue) improved by 3.1 percentage points year‑on‑year, reaching 68.4% for Q326. Since the completion of its amalgamation, True Corporation has achieved an EBITDA improvement of THB 9.0 billion, or a 46% growth.
• Leverage: 3.6x at the end of Q3 2026, reflecting a reduction of 0.5x from the prior year and 0.1x from the previous quarter.
• Net profit After Tax (NPAT): THB 6.7 billion, increasing 324.1% or 4.2x year-on-year and 1.8% from the previous quarter.
