ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น สนับสนุนมหกรรมพืชสวนโลกอุดรธานี 2569 ร่วมส่งเสริมศักยภาพประเทศไทยในการเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางของงานระดับนานาชาติ เชื่อมประสบการณ์ของผู้เข้าชมจากทั่วโลกกับโอกาสด้านการท่องเที่ยวและเศรษฐกิจอีสาน พร้อมยกระดับโครงข่ายสื่อสารทั้งมือถือและอินเทอร์เน็ต เพื่อรองรับผู้เข้าชมและการดำเนินงานตลอดการจัดงาน 134 วัน

ในการนี้ คุณโอลิเวอร์ กิตติพงษ์ วีระเตชะ หัวหน้าคณะผู้บริหารด้านแบรนด์และการสื่อสาร บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้หารือกับคุณวัชระพล ขาวขำ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ คุณรพีภัทร์ จันทรศรีวงศ์ ปลัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ คุณณฐพล วิถี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี คุณศศิญา ปานตั้น รองอธิบดีกรมวิชาการเกษตร และ ดร.ศุภวรรณ ตีระรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) ถึงแนวทางร่วมสนับสนุนมหกรรมพืชสวนโลกอุดรธานี 2569 โดยนำศักยภาพด้านการสื่อสารและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของทรูมาเสริมความพร้อมในการจัดงานและการต้อนรับผู้มาเยือน

คุณโอลิเวอร์ กิตติพงษ์ วีระเตชะ กล่าวว่า “มหกรรมพืชสวนโลกอุดรธานีครั้งนี้ เป็นเวทีสำคัญที่นำจุดเด่นด้านการเกษตร นวัตกรรม และการท่องเที่ยวของภาคอีสานมาสร้างความสนใจในระดับโลก การเดินทางเข้ามาของนักท่องเที่ยวยังเปิดโอกาสให้โรงแรม ร้านอาหาร และผู้ประกอบการท้องถิ่นได้ต้อนรับและนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการแก่ลูกค้ากลุ่มใหม่ ทรูจึงนำศักยภาพด้านการสื่อสารมาเชื่อมต่อผู้มาเยือนกับประสบการณ์ภายในงาน และสนับสนุนการทำงานเบื้องหลัง เพื่อให้ทุกฝ่ายใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้อย่างเต็มที่”

มหกรรมพืชสวนโลกอุดรธานี 2569 จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ถึง 14 มีนาคม 2570 บนพื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำหนองแด จังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านพืชสวน การเกษตร และเทคโนโลยีระดับนานาชาติ โดยคาดว่าจะมีผู้เข้าชมทั้งชาวไทยและต่างประเทศหลายล้านคน ทรูจึงออกแบบการรองรับสัญญาณให้เหมาะกับลักษณะพื้นที่และความหนาแน่นของผู้ใช้งาน ตั้งแต่การค้นหาข้อมูลและติดต่อสื่อสาร ไปจนถึงการอัปโหลดภาพ วิดีโอ และถ่ายทอดสดผ่านโซเชียลมีเดีย

ด้านโครงข่ายมือถือ ทรูเตรียมเสริมศักยภาพ TRUE 5G และ 4G ด้วยรถสถานีฐานเคลื่อนที่ หรือ Cell on Wheels (COW) และสถานีฐานขนาดเล็ก หรือ Small Cell รวม 5 จุด เพื่อเพิ่มความครอบคลุมและความจุของเครือข่ายในพื้นที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ อาคารประชาสัมพันธ์ อาคารกระบองเพชร อาคารอำนวยการ อาคารเรือนกระจก และบริเวณอาคารต้อนรับและศูนย์อาหาร โดยเน้นรองรับการใช้งานดาต้าในช่วงที่มีผู้เข้าชมหนาแน่น

สำหรับการบริหารจัดการงาน ทรูเตรียมอินเทอร์เน็ตองค์กรในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน อาทิ อาคารประชาสัมพันธ์ อาคารอำนวยการ อาคารต้อนรับ และ Office Center รองรับการประสานงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ ระบบสำคัญภายในงาน และการส่งข่าวของสื่อมวลชน พร้อมบริการ True WIFI ในจุดที่กำหนด เพื่อเพิ่มทางเลือกในการเชื่อมต่อให้กับประชาชน

นอกจากนี้ ทรูนำ AI มาวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการใช้งาน ปริมาณดาต้า และความหนาแน่นของเครือข่าย เพื่อบริหารความจุให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ พร้อมมีศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเครือข่ายอัจฉริยะ Business Network Intelligence Center หรือ BNIC ดูแลตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรในพื้นที่ และติดตามคุณภาพสัญญาณอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยเฉพาะช่วงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์และวันหยุดยาว 

ควบคู่กับการดูแลคุณภาพสัญญาณ ทรูยังดูแลความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานดิจิทัลของลูกค้าผ่าน “ทรู ไซเบอร์เซฟ (True CyberSafe)” ซึ่งใช้ AI ตรวจจับ บล็อก และแจ้งเตือนความเสี่ยงจากลิงก์หรือเว็บไซต์อันตราย รวมถึงสายโทรและ SMS ที่อาจเป็นมิจฉาชีพ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าสื่อสารและแชร์ประสบการณ์ได้อย่างมั่นใจยิ่งขึ้น

การสนับสนุนครั้งนี้มุ่งให้ผู้เข้าชมสามารถส่งต่อภาพ เรื่องราว และความประทับใจจากอุดรธานีสู่ผู้คนทั่วโลก ผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่มีคุณภาพ สร้างการรับรู้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวและเอกลักษณ์ของพื้นที่ กระตุ้นความสนใจในการเดินทาง และต่อยอดโอกาสให้กับชุมชนและธุรกิจในภูมิภาค

True Corporation Upgrades 5G Infrastructure and Deploys Mobile Base Stations for Udon Thani Horticultural Expo 2026

True Corporation has announced network infrastructure preparations for the International Horticultural Expo 2026 in Udon Thani Province, deploying mobile telecommunication units and enterprise data links across the 134-day operational timeframe.

Oliver Kittipong Veerataecha, Chief Brand and Communications Officer at True Corporation, met with government officials, including the Deputy Minister and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the Deputy Governor of Udon Thani Province, the Deputy Director-General of the Department of Agriculture, and the President of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau, to finalize telecommunications support for the event. The executive stated that the international exposition serves as a strategic platform to showcase regional agricultural achievements, technological advancements, and tourism assets. He added that the influx of international and domestic visitors creates direct commercial opportunities for local hotels, food service providers, and regional businesses, prompting the company to supply communication infrastructure for operational teams and attendees.

The exposition takes place from 1 November 2026 to 14 March 2027 at the Nong Dae wetland area in Udon Thani Province, with projected attendance reaching millions of local and overseas visitors. To support continuous digital transmissions, multimedia uploads, and live streaming traffic, True Corporation is expanding its wireless and fixed broadband footprint across key venues.

For mobile access, the operator is augmenting its 5G and 4G networks by positioning mobile base stations, designated as Cell on Wheels, alongside Small Cell installations across five strategic locations. These deployment areas cover the public relations pavilion, the cactus exhibit, the administrative center, the greenhouse facilities, and the reception and food court zones.

Administrative support includes dedicated enterprise-grade leased line connections across core operating facilities, including the administration complex, the main reception facility, and the media office center. Complementary public access is delivered via designated True WIFI zones situated within high-traffic areas.

Network routing and throughput management will be supported by artificial intelligence algorithms that analyze usage trends, data volumes, and cell-site traffic density in real time. Operational management is overseen by engineers operating within the 24-hour Business Network Intelligence Center, monitoring transmission metrics during peak weekends and extended holiday periods. Network security layers are augmented by True CyberSafe software, which uses automated analysis to detect, flag, and intercept suspicious domains, fraudulent calls, and spam messaging.
