AIS เดินหน้ายกระดับความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานดิจิทัลอย่างต่อเนื่อง เชิญชวนลูกค้าที่ได้รับการแจ้งเตือนอัปเดตข้อมูลลงทะเบียนหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ให้ถูกต้องและสมบูรณ์ ตามนโยบายและหลักเกณฑ์ของสำนักงาน กสทช. เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนเจ้าของเลขหมายและให้สามารถใช้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง หลีกเลี่ยงการอาจถูกระงับการใช้งาน
โดยสามารถดำเนินการได้ง่าย ๆ ด้วยตัวเองผ่านแอป myAIS ที่เมนู “อัปเดตผู้ใช้งานซิม” หรือกด *161*2*เลขบัตรประชาชน# โทรออก รวมถึงเว็บไซต์ https://m.ais.co.th/webrepi โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย หรือดำเนินการได้ที่ AIS Shop, Telewiz และตัวแทน AIS ทั่วประเทศ ภายในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2569
การอัปเดตข้อมูลลงทะเบียนหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งมาตรการสำคัญในการยกระดับความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้บริการ โดยช่วยให้สามารถตรวจสอบและยืนยันตัวตนของเจ้าของเลขหมายได้อย่างถูกต้อง รองรับการใช้บริการดิจิทัลต่าง ๆ ที่เชื่อมโยงกับหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และลดโอกาสจากการนำหมายเลขไปสวมสิทธิ์หรือใช้แอบอ้างจากมิจฉาชีพ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความมุ่งมั่นของ AIS ในการสร้างสังคมดิจิทัลที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับทุกคน
AIS Urges Notified Customers to Update SIM Registration by August 31 to Avoid Possible Service Suspension
AIS is asking customers who have received a notification to update their mobile number registration information by August 31, 2026, in accordance with the policies and requirements of Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). The update is intended to verify the identity of the registered number owner and ensure continued service, while reducing the risk of possible service suspension.
Customers can complete the process free of charge through the myAIS app under the “อัปเดตผู้ใช้งานซิม” menu, or by dialing 1612*ID card number# from their phone. AIS also provides an online channel through its website.
Customers who prefer in-person assistance can visit AIS Shop, Telewiz or authorized AIS representatives nationwide. The update must be completed by August 31, 2026.
AIS says keeping SIM registration information accurate and up to date helps verify the rightful owner of a mobile number, supports digital services linked to phone numbers, and reduces the risk of numbers being misused for impersonation or fraudulent activities.
Customers who have received the notification are therefore advised to check and update their information before the deadline, either through AIS’s self-service digital channels or at service locations nationwide.
