Grab เผยยอดสั่งอาหารผ่านโครงการไทยช่วยไทย พลัส ทะลุ 20 ล้านออเดอร์ พร้อมสนับสนุนร้านอาหารใช้ GrabMerchant AI Assistant เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายเฉลี่ย 20 เปอร์เซ็นต์

แกร็บ (Grab) ประเทศไทย เปิดเผยความสำเร็จของแคมเปญ GrabFood X ไทยช่วยไทย พลัส (60/40) โดยมียอดสั่งอาหารผ่านแพลตฟอร์มทะลุ 20 ล้านออเดอร์ตลอดระยะเวลาโครงการระหว่างวันที่ 15 มิถุนายน ถึง 30 กันยายน 2569 ส่งผลให้ร้านอาหารที่เข้าร่วมโครงการมียอดขายเฉลี่ยเติบโตขึ้น 2 เท่า และมีจำนวนผู้ใช้บริการเพิ่มขึ้นกว่า 40 เปอร์เซ็นต์เมื่อเทียบกับโครงการก่อนหน้า

ข้อมูลจากแคมเปญระบุว่ากรุงเทพมหานคร ชลบุรี ขอนแก่น เชียงใหม่ และนครราชสีมา เป็นจังหวัดที่มีการใช้สิทธิมากที่สุด ขณะที่จังหวัดมหาสารคามมีอัตราการเติบโตของการใช้สิทธิสูงสุดถึง 2.5 เท่า สำหรับประเภทอาหารที่ได้รับความนิยมสูงสุด 5 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ อาหารตามสั่ง ก๋วยเตี๋ยว ข้าวราดแกง ฟาสต์ฟู้ด และเครื่องดื่มชาและกาแฟ

ในด้านการนำเทคโนโลยีมาสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ ปัจจุบันมีร้านอาหารกว่า 275,000 ร้านทั่วประเทศทดลองใช้ฟีเจอร์ GrabMerchant AI Assistant หรือผู้ช่วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์อัจฉริยะบนแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับร้านค้า โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ระบบดังกล่าวช่วยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขาย เมนูยอดนิยม และช่วงเวลาที่มีคำสั่งซื้อสูง เพื่อนำไปวางแผนธุรกิจ ซึ่งร้านค้าที่ใช้งานอย่างสม่ำเสมอสามารถสร้างยอดขายเติบโตเฉลี่ย 20 เปอร์เซ็นต์เมื่อเทียบกับร้านที่ไม่ได้ใช้งาน

นางสาวจันต์สุดา ธนานิตยะอุดม กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ แกร็บ ประเทศไทย กล่าวว่าโครงการไทยช่วยไทย พลัสในรอบล่าสุดยังคงได้รับการตอบรับที่ดีจากผู้ใช้บริการบนแพลตฟอร์มเดลิเวอรี แกร็บจะเดินหน้าส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยี AI ควบคู่ไปกับการเพิ่มทักษะผ่านโครงการ GrabAcademy อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้สอดรับกับโครงการพัฒนาความรู้ทักษะสำหรับร้านค้าของกระทรวงการคลัง

จากผลตอบรับที่ชัดเจน บริษัทจึงเดินหน้าสนับสนุนโครงการไทยช่วยไทย พลัส (60/40) รอบเพิ่มเติมอย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ถึง 30 พฤศจิกายน 2569 เพื่อช่วยกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจระดับมหภาคและเพิ่มโอกาสในการสร้างรายได้ให้กับผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารทั่วประเทศต่อไป
Grab Reveals Over 20 Million Orders from Thai Chuay Thai Campaign, Supports Merchants with AI to Boost Sales
Grab Thailand has revealed the success of its GrabFood X Thai Chuay Thai Plus (60/40) campaign, recording over 20 million food orders through the platform during the project period from June 15 to September 30, 2026. This achievement resulted in a twofold increase in average sales for participating restaurants and a 40 percent rise in users claiming privileges compared to the previous campaign.
Campaign data indicates that Bangkok, Chonburi, Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai, and Nakhon Ratchasima were the top provinces for privilege redemption, while Maha Sarakham experienced the highest growth rate at 2.5 times. The top five most ordered food categories were made-to-order dishes, noodles, curry over rice, fast food, and tea and coffee beverages.
Regarding technology support for entrepreneurs, more than 275,000 restaurants nationwide are currently testing the GrabMerchant AI Assistant feature on the merchant application at no cost. The system analyzes sales data, popular menus, and peak order times to assist with business planning. Merchants who consistently use the feature have seen an average sales growth of 20 percent compared to those who do not.
Ms. Chantsuda Thananitayaudom, Country General Manager of Grab Thailand, stated that the latest round of the Thai Chuay Thai Plus campaign continues to receive positive feedback from delivery platform users. Grab will continue to encourage entrepreneurs to utilize AI technology alongside skill enhancement through the GrabAcademy program to align with the Ministry of Finance’s skill development initiatives for merchants.
Following this clear positive response, the company is moving forward with an additional round of the Thai Chuay Thai Plus (60/40) campaign from October 1 to November 30, 2026. This extension aims to stimulate the macroeconomic environment and increase revenue opportunities for restaurant operators nationwide.
