12 กันยายน 2561 – นายราจีฟ บาวา รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มกิจการองค์กรและพัฒนาธุรกิจ บริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือดีแทค กล่าวว่า “ดีแทคได้รับทราบตามที่วันนี้บอร์ด กสทช. มีมติไม่คุ้มครองลูกค้าดีแทคบนคลื่น850 MHz หลังสิ้นสุดสัมปทานในวันที่ 15 กันยายน 2561 ทั้งนี้ ดีแทคได้ยื่นศาลปกครองกลางเพื่อขอคุ้มครองชั่วคราวลูกค้าที่ใช้งานมือถือได้อย่างต่อเนื่องบนคลื่นความถี่ 850MHz หลังสิ้นสุดสัมปทาน เมื่อวันที่ 6 กันยายนที่ผ่านมา และขณะนี้ เรายังอยู่ในระหว่างรอการพิจารณาของศาล”
dtac acknowledges NBTC board decision
September 12, 2018 – Mr. Rajiv Bawa, Chief Corporate Affairs and Business Development Officer, Total Access Communication PLC or dtac said: “dtac has acknowledged that the NBTC did not grant our customers the right to continue using 850 MHz after September 15, 2018. The case is now under consideration by the Central Administrative Court. dtac filed the case on September 6, 2018, and we are awaiting the court’s order on the matter.”
