สามารถ ส่ง TEDA คว้างาน EGAT โครงการพัฒนาระบบส่งไฟฟ้าจังหวัดน่าน แพร่ อุตรดิตถ์ มูลค่ากว่า 2,080 ล้านบาท ดัน Backlog พุ่งเกือบ 16,000 ล้านบาท
บริษัท เทด้า จำกัด (TEDA) เป็นหนึ่งในกลุ่มบริษัทสามารถ ที่เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารงานก่อสร้างโครงการสายส่งสถานีไฟฟ้าแรงสูงแบบครบวงจร ถือหุ้นโดย บริษัท สามารถ ยู-ทรานส์ ในสัดส่วน 94.35 % ได้ร่วมกับ บริษัท ซิโนไฮโดร (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ในนาม “The Consortium of TEDA and STC” ในสัดส่วน 52% ได้รับหนังสือตกลงว่าจ้างจากการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (EGAT) สำหรับโครงการพัฒนาระบบส่งไฟฟ้าบริเวณจังหวัดน่าน แพร่ และอุตรดิตถ์ เพื่อรองรับการรับซื้อไฟฟ้าจากโครงการในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว
โครงการดังกล่าวครอบคลุมงานก่อสร้างสถานีไฟฟ้าแรงสูง 500 kV เด่นชัย (GIS) รวมถึงงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างก่อสร้างปรับปรุงสถานีไฟฟ้าแรงสูง 500 kV แม่เมาะ 3 และสถานีไฟฟ้าแรงสูง 500 kV ท่าตะโก โดย The Consortium of TEDA and STC ได้รับหนังสือตกลงว่าจ้างจาก EGAT เมื่อวันที่ 10 สิงหาคม 2569 มีมูลค่าสัญญาก่อสร้างรวม 2,080.71 ล้านบาท แบ่งเป็นส่วนของ TEDA มูลค่า 1,101.54 ล้านบาท และส่วนของบริษัท ซิโนไฮโดร (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด มูลค่า 979.18 ล้านบาท
นายวัฒน์ชัย วิไลลักษณ์ รองประธานกรรมการบริหาร ฝ่ายกลยุทธ์องค์กร บริษัท สามารถคอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า “การได้รับงานโครงการขนาดใหญ่จาก EGAT ในครั้งนี้ นอกจากจะสะท้อนถึงศักยภาพและความเชี่ยวชาญของ TEDA ในงานระบบไฟฟ้าแรงสูงและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านพลังงานแล้ว ยังช่วยเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับงานในมือ (Backlog) ของกลุ่มบริษัทสามารถ โดยปัจจุบันมี Backlog รวม 14,889 ล้านบาท การได้งานครั้งนี้ส่งผลให้กลุ่มสามารถมี Backlog เพิ่มขึ้นเกือบ 16,000 ล้านบาท ซึ่งจะทยอยรับรู้รายได้ตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการในช่วง 2-3 ปีข้างหน้า”
สำหรับโครงการดังกล่าวมีกำหนดก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน 24 เดือนนับจากวันที่ยืนยันหนังสือตกลงว่าจ้าง โดยปัจจุบัน TEDA อยู่ระหว่างการจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดทำและลงนามในสัญญาอย่างเป็นทางการต่อไป
TEDA Consortium Secures THB 2.08 Billion EGAT Transmission Project, Lifting Samart Backlog to Nearly THB 16 Billion
TEDA, a company within the Samart group, together with Sinohydro (Thailand) under “The Consortium of TEDA and STC,” has received a letter of award from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, or EGAT, for a power transmission system development project covering Nan, Phrae and Uttaradit provinces. The construction contract is valued at THB 2.08071 billion.
The project is designed to support electricity purchases from projects in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. It covers construction of the 500 kV Den Chai GIS substation, as well as construction and improvement works at the 500 kV Mae Moh 3 and 500 kV Tha Tako substations.
The Consortium of TEDA and STC received the letter of award from EGAT on August 10, 2026. TEDA holds a 52% share in the consortium, representing THB 1.10154 billion of the project value, while Sinohydro (Thailand) accounts for THB 979.18 million.
The new project is expected to increase the Samart group’s backlog from THB 14.889 billion to nearly THB 16 billion, with revenue to be recognized progressively in line with project execution over the next two to three years.
Wattnachai Vilailuck, Executive Vice Chairman for Corporate Strategy at Samart Corporation, said the large-scale EGAT project reflects TEDA’s expertise in high-voltage electrical systems and energy infrastructure, while strengthening the group’s overall backlog.
Construction is scheduled for completion within 24 months from confirmation of the letter of award. TEDA is currently preparing the required documentation ahead of the formal contract signing.
