AIS ผนึก กสทช. กทม. และ กฟน. ส่งทีมวิศวกรนำสายสื่อสารลงใต้ดินบนถนนพระราม 4 สาทร และวิทยุ รวม 1.8 กิโลเมตร เสริมความปลอดภัยรับการประชุม IMF-World Bank 2026
AIS ร่วมกับสำนักงาน กสทช. กรุงเทพมหานคร การไฟฟ้านครหลวง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่งทีมวิศวกรลงพื้นที่บริเวณหน้าอาคารอื้อจือเหลียง ถนนพระราม 4 (แยกสามย่าน–ถนนวิทยุ) นำสายสื่อสารลงใต้ดิน ภายหลังระบบรองรับใต้ดินแล้วเสร็จ พร้อมร่วมรื้อถอนเสาไฟฟ้าและปรับปรุงพื้นที่ให้มีความปลอดภัย เป็นระเบียบ และน่าอยู่ยิ่งขึ้น
ตลอดการดำเนินงาน ทีมวิศวกร AIS ได้วางแผนและประสานงานกับทุกหน่วยงานอย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของโครงข่ายในพื้นที่ เพื่อให้การรื้อย้ายสายสื่อสารเป็นไปตามแผนและลดผลกระทบต่อการใช้งานของลูกค้า สะท้อนความพร้อมของ AIS ในการนำความเชี่ยวชาญด้านโครงข่ายร่วมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของเมือง
การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการนำสายไฟฟ้าและสายสื่อสารลงใต้ดิน ครอบคลุมถนนพระราม 4 ถนนสาทร และถนนวิทยุ รวมระยะทางสายสื่อสาร 1.8 กิโลเมตร เพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยและภูมิทัศน์เมือง พร้อมเสริมความพร้อมของกรุงเทพมหานครในการรองรับการประชุม IMF World Bank Group Annual Meetings ระหว่างวันที่ 12–18 ตุลาคม 2569

AIS and Public Agencies Move Communication Cables Underground Along Rama 4 Road Ahead of IMF–World Bank 2026
AIS is working with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Metropolitan Electricity Authority and related agencies to reorganize communication cables along Rama 4 Road. The work is taking place in front of the U Chu Liang Building between Sam Yan Intersection and Witthayu Road, following the completion of the underground infrastructure. The project also includes removing utility poles and improving the surrounding area.
The project covers Rama 4, Sathorn and Witthayu roads, with 1.8 kilometres of communication cables being moved underground. It is intended to improve safety, organize urban infrastructure and enhance the cityscape ahead of the IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings in Bangkok from October 12–18, 2026.
AIS engineering teams planned and coordinated the work with relevant agencies and inspected the local network before the relocation began. The company said this process was designed to keep the work on schedule while limiting effects on customers’ connectivity.
AIS said it will continue working with public agencies to develop communication infrastructure that is safe, efficient and able to support the city’s growth.
