Grab เผยยอดเรียกรถนักท่องเที่ยวจีนโตเกิน 75% ทรงวาด–คลองบางหลวงเพิ่ม 10–12 เท่า พร้อมแคมเปญ Golden Week สนับสนุน Nihao Month และบริการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวจีน
แกร็บ ประเทศไทย เปิดเผยข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันของกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนในช่วง 9 เดือนแรกของปี 2569 (1 มกราคม – 26 กันยายน 2569) โดยมียอดใช้บริการเรียกรถเติบโตขึ้นกว่า 75% เมื่อเทียบกับช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน ซึ่งตัวเลขดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวจีนที่เดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยกว่า 3.82 ล้านคนในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน

ข้อมูลอินไซต์ระบุว่าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างย่านทรงวาดมียอดเรียกรถไป-กลับเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 10 เท่า ขณะที่ตลาดน้ำคลองบางหลวงมียอดเรียกรถเพิ่มขึ้นกว่า 12 เท่า สำหรับพื้นที่เมืองรอง จังหวัดเชียงรายยังคงได้รับความนิยมสูงสุด ส่วนจังหวัดลำพูนมียอดเรียกรถเติบโตมากกว่า 4 เท่า นอกจากนี้ สถานที่ขอพรอย่างศาลพระพิฆเนศ ห้วยขวาง และศาลพระตรีมูรติ เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ มียอดเรียกรถเพิ่มขึ้นกว่า 45%

ด้านพฤติกรรมการบริโภค บริเวณถนนบรรทัดทองมียอดเรียกรถเติบโต 3 เท่า โดยนักท่องเที่ยวนิยมเดินทางไปรับประทานอาหารทะเลและหม้อไฟ สำหรับบริการฟู้ดเดลิเวอรี เมนูข้าวเหนียวมะม่วงมียอดสั่งผ่าน GrabFood เพิ่มขึ้นกว่า 50% และคำว่าข้าวเหนียวทุเรียนเป็นคำค้นหาที่ได้รับความนิยมด้วยยอดค้นหามากกว่า 27,000 ครั้ง

นายพนมกร จิระเสถียรพงศ์ ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ สายงานการตลาด แกร็บ ประเทศไทย ระบุว่าเพื่อต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวในช่วงวันหยุดยาว Golden Week ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ถึง 7 ตุลาคม 2569 ซึ่งคาดว่าจะมียอดเรียกรถเติบโตราว 90% บริษัทได้ร่วมมือกับการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) จัดแคมเปญ Grab Grand Golden Week เพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการ Nihao Month โดยบริษัทได้ปรับปรุงบริการเพื่อรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวด้วยการแนะนำคนขับที่สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ การจัดทำป้ายจุดรับ-ส่งเป็นภาษาจีน พร้อมตั้งบูธกิจกรรมเพื่อมอบส่วนลดในย่านบรรทัดทอง เยาวราช และไอคอนสยาม

Grab Thailand Reveals 75% Growth in Chinese Tourist Rides, Partners with TAT for Golden Week
Grab Thailand has revealed insights into the application usage behavior of Chinese tourists during the first nine months of 2026 (January 1 – September 26, 2026), showing a ride-hailing service growth of over 75% compared to the same period last year. This growth aligns with the arrival of more than 3.82 million Chinese tourists in Thailand during the same period.
The insights indicate that tourist destinations in Bangkok, such as the Song Wat area, saw a 10-fold increase in round-trip rides, while the Khlong Bang Luang floating market experienced a 12-fold rise in ride-hailing. For secondary cities, Chiang Rai remains the most popular, whereas Lamphun saw ride requests grow by more than 4 times. Additionally, spiritual destinations like the Ganesha Shrine in Huai Khwang and the Trimurti Shrine at CentralWorld saw ride requests increase by over 45%.
Regarding consumption behavior, the Banthat Thong road area saw a 3-fold growth in ride-hailing as tourists traveled for seafood and hotpot. For food delivery services, Mango Sticky Rice orders via GrabFood increased by over 50%, and “Durian Sticky Rice” emerged as a popular search term with more than 27,000 queries.
Panomkorn Jirasathiensup, Assistant Managing Director of Marketing at Grab Thailand, stated that to welcome tourists during the Golden Week holiday from October 1 to 7, 2026, where ride-hailing is expected to grow by around 90%, the company has partnered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) for the Grab Grand Golden Week campaign to support the Nihao Month project. The company has enhanced services for tourists by recommending Chinese-speaking drivers, providing Chinese-language pick-up and drop-off signs, and setting up activity booths offering discounts in Banthat Thong, Yaowarat, and ICONSIAM.
