JAS ได้รับผลประเมินการกำกับดูแลกิจการระดับดีเลิศ หรือ 5 ดาว ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 4 จากโครงการ CGR 2026 ตอกย้ำการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างโปร่งใสและสร้างคุณค่าอย่างยั่งยืน
บริษัท จัสมิน อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ JAS ได้รับผลประเมินการกำกับดูแลกิจการระดับ “ดีเลิศ” (Excellent CG Scoring) หรือ 5 ดาว เป็นปีที่ 4 ติดต่อกัน จากโครงการสำรวจการกำกับดูแลกิจการบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทย ประจำปี 2569 (CGR 2026) ของสมาคมส่งเสริมสถาบันกรรมการบริษัทไทย (IOD) โดยการสนับสนุนของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และ ก.ล.ต.

JAS Achieves Excellent 5-Star Corporate Governance Rating for the Fourth Consecutive Year in CGR 2026 Assessment
Jasmine International Public Company Limited, operating under the ticker JAS, has secured an Excellent CG Scoring, equivalent to a 5-star rating, for the fourth consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2026 (CGR 2026). The assessment is conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Chief Executive Officer of Jasmine International Public Company Limited stated that the sustained Excellent rating reflects the company’s commitment to operating transparently, responsibly, and equitably toward all stakeholder groups alongside the growth of its affiliated businesses. The executive emphasized that the company will continue to develop and elevate its corporate governance standards to build confidence and generate sustainable value for all stakeholders.
