MSC ร่วมวันต่อต้านคอร์รัปชัน 2569 เสริมความรู้ Compliance และแนวปฏิบัติผ่านสถานการณ์ใกล้ตัว พร้อมย้ำช่องทางแจ้งเบาะแสให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมสร้างองค์กรโปร่งใส
บริษัท เมโทรซิสเต็มส์คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ MSC ในฐานะสมาชิกแนวร่วมต่อต้านคอร์รัปชันของภาคเอกชนไทย (CAC) โดยมีผู้บริหารและพนักงานเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อร่วมแสดงพลังและตอกย้ำเจตนารมณ์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจด้วยความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต โปร่งใส และไม่ยอมรับการทุจริตคอร์รัปชันทุกรูปแบบ เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 4 กันยายน 2569 ณ สำนักงานใหญ่ เมโทรซิสเต็มส์ฯ
ภายในงานมีการสื่อสารนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติด้านการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชัน รวมถึงความรู้ด้าน Compliance ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และความตระหนักแก่ผู้บริหารและพนักงานในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท พร้อมทั้งมีกิจกรรมและเกมสอดแทรกความรู้ เปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานได้มีส่วนร่วมและเรียนรู้ผ่านคำถามจากสถานการณ์ใกล้ตัว เพื่อให้สามารถเข้าใจแนวทางการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชัน และนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการสื่อสารช่องทางการแจ้งเบาะแสหรือข้อร้องเรียน เพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่โปร่งใสและยึดมั่นในหลักธรรมาภิบาล

MSC Builds Employee Compliance Awareness, Highlights Misconduct Reporting Channels
MSC focused on helping executives and employees apply anti-corruption practices in their daily work through policy communication, compliance education and activities based on familiar situations. The company also highlighted its whistleblowing and complaint channels during an Anti-Corruption Day 2026 activity held at its headquarters on September 4, 2026.
MSC, or Metro Systems Corporation, is a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). The activity brought executives and employees together to reaffirm their commitment to honest, transparent business practices and rejection of corruption in all forms. Sessions covered company policies and requirements relevant to employees’ work.
Activities and games incorporated questions drawn from familiar situations to help employees understand anti-corruption practices and apply them in their roles. Communication about whistleblowing and complaint channels also encouraged staff to participate in maintaining transparency within the organisation.
The activity forms part of MSC’s corporate governance approach, which is linked to its environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts. The company said it would continue to conduct business with integrity, accountability and transparency to build stakeholder confidence.
