True received official notification of the plan for amalgamation from NBTC
Bangkok, October 25th, 2022 – True Corporation Public Company Limited report the President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand on the notification letter from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) on October 25, 2022, acknowledging the amalgamation between the Company and Total Access Communication Public Company Limited attached with conditions and specific measures for supervision of the Amalgamation. True will consider such conditions or specific measures in order to reach appropriate conclusions and determine next steps. If there is any significant progress about the consideration of the conditions prescribed, the Company will further report to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
