SYNEX รายงานกำไรสุทธิ Q2/69 โต 17.8% เป็น 224 ล้านบาท จ่ายปันผลระหว่างกาล 0.10 บาทต่อหุ้น พร้อมเร่งธุรกิจ AI Infrastructure Cloud และ Energy Solution
บริษัท ซินเน็ค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SYNEX รายงานกำไรสุทธิไตรมาส 2/2569 จำนวน 224 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 17.8% จากปีก่อน และ 1.1% จากไตรมาสก่อน ขณะที่รายได้จากการขายและบริการอยู่ที่ 11,810 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 1.3% สะท้อนการเติบโตของกำไรที่สูงกว่ารายได้อย่างชัดเจน
งวด 6 เดือนแรกของปี 2569 บริษัทมีกำไรสุทธิ 445 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 17.7% และมีรายได้รวม 23,122 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 1.3% จากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน
แรงสนับสนุนหลักมาจากกลุ่ม IT Commercial ที่เติบโต 43.1% และ Enterprise Solution ที่เติบโต 11.3% โดยทั้งสองกลุ่มมีสัดส่วนรายได้รวมมากกว่า 20% ของรายได้บริษัทในไตรมาส 2 สอดรับกับความต้องการ Commercial PC การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ Windows 11, AI PC รวมถึงการลงทุนด้าน AI Infrastructure, Cloud และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัล
การปรับ Product Mix ไปสู่โซลูชันและบริการที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่มยังช่วยให้กำไรขั้นต้นเพิ่มขึ้น 5% เป็น 468 ล้านบาท และดันอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นขึ้นเป็น 3.96% จาก 3.83% ในปีก่อน เข้าใกล้เป้าหมาย 4% ที่บริษัทวางไว้สำหรับปี 2569
ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลในอัตรา 0.10 บาทต่อหุ้น กำหนดขึ้นเครื่องหมาย XD วันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 และจ่ายเงินปันผลวันที่ 2 กันยายน 2569
นางสาวสุธิดา มงคลสุธี ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร SYNEX กล่าวว่า บริษัทกำลังเปลี่ยนบทบาทจากผู้จัดจำหน่ายสินค้าไอทีไปสู่ Digital Infrastructure Platform โดยมุ่งเพิ่มธุรกิจที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่มและสร้างฐานรายได้ประจำ เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจ AI
ในช่วงครึ่งปีหลัง SYNEX เตรียมเร่งธุรกิจ AI Infrastructure, Enterprise Solution, Cloud Platform, AI Workplace, Managed Services, Energy Infrastructure และ Device-as-a-Service พร้อมขยายพอร์ตผ่านพันธมิตรระดับโลกอย่าง Honeywell, LONGi และ MAXHUB
ด้านพลังงาน บริษัทเตรียมพัฒนา Solar Ecosystem แบบครบวงจรร่วมกับ LONGi ครอบคลุมตลาดตัวแทนจำหน่าย Modern Trade และโครงการลูกค้าองค์กร ขณะที่ Honeywell และ MAXHUB จะเข้ามาเสริมพอร์ตโซลูชันสำหรับองค์กร
“เป้าหมายของเราจึงไม่ใช่เพียงการเติบโตของรายได้ แต่คือการยกระดับคุณภาพกำไร เพิ่มสัดส่วนธุรกิจที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และสร้างฐานรายได้ประจำ” สุธิดากล่าว
SYNEX ตั้งเป้าผลักดันอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นสู่ระดับ 4% และทำรายได้ปี 2569 ที่ 53,000 ล้านบาท โดยคาดว่าครึ่งปีหลังจะได้แรงหนุนจากช่วง High Season การเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ การฟื้นตัวของ Supply และการลงทุนด้าน AI Infrastructure ที่เพิ่มขึ้น
SYNEX Posts THB 224 Million Q2 Profit, Up 17.8%, and Declares THB 0.10 Interim Dividend
Synnex (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or SYNEX, reported a net profit of THB 224 million for the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 17.8% year on year and 1.1% from the previous quarter. Revenue from sales and services rose 1.3% to THB 11.81 billion, showing that profit expanded significantly faster than revenue.
For the first six months of 2026, net profit reached THB 445 million, up 17.7%, while total revenue increased 1.3% to THB 23.12 billion.
Growth was led by the IT Commercial and Enterprise Solution businesses, which expanded by 43.1% and 11.3%, respectively. Together, the two segments accounted for more than 20% of the company’s second-quarter revenue, supported by demand for commercial PCs, the Windows 11 transition, AI PCs and investment in AI, cloud and digital infrastructure.
A shift in product mix towards higher-value solutions and services lifted gross profit by 5% to THB 468 million. Gross margin improved to 3.96% from 3.83% a year earlier, moving closer to the company’s 4% target for 2026.
The board approved an interim dividend of THB 0.10 per share. The stock will trade ex-dividend on August 19, 2026, with payment scheduled for September 2.
Suthida Mongkolsuthree, Chief Executive Officer of SYNEX, said the company is transforming from an IT distributor into a Digital Infrastructure Platform, with a greater focus on value-added businesses and recurring revenue to support the growth of the AI economy.
In the second half of the year, SYNEX plans to accelerate its AI Infrastructure, Enterprise Solution, Cloud Platform, AI Workplace, Managed Services, Energy Infrastructure and Device-as-a-Service businesses. It is also expanding its portfolio through global partners including Honeywell, LONGi and MAXHUB.
The company is developing an end-to-end solar ecosystem with LONGi for distributors, modern trade channels and enterprise projects. Honeywell and MAXHUB will strengthen SYNEX’s enterprise solutions portfolio.
“Our goal is not solely revenue growth, but also to improve earnings quality, increase the contribution from value-added businesses and build a recurring revenue base,” Suthida said.
SYNEX is targeting a 4% gross margin and THB 53 billion in revenue for 2026. The company expects the second half to benefit from the technology industry’s high season, new product launches, improving supply conditions and higher investment in AI and digital infrastructure.
