AIS Launches iPhone 18 Pro with Zero-Baht Trade-In Offer and 5G VIP Ultra Plans
AIS began first-day deliveries of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max on September 18, 2026, introducing a VIP customer experience built around three areas: Value through device offers and trade-ins, Infrastructure / Network powered by 5G-ADVANCED, and Personalized Convenience delivered by AIS Pro specialists from device assessment to setup.
The main offer is the “Turn Sabai, Pay 0 Baht” campaign, which allows customers to trade in selected eligible devices without a condition-based valuation, subject to the specified terms. AIS combines the value of the existing device with an additional AIS trade-in value, package discounts, and related benefits to reduce the cost of upgrading to a new iPhone.
Prapat Siangjan, Chief Retail Business Officer at AIS, said iPhone customers demonstrate strong product loyalty, upgrade their devices regularly, and place considerable importance on value. Their existing devices also retain value that can be applied toward an upgrade, forming the basis of the campaign. AIS aims to provide customers with value, technology, and a ready-to-use experience from the first day.
For AIS postpaid customers with at least one year of service, as well as new-number and mobile-number-portability customers, the company offers 5G VIP Ultra plans priced from THB 1,699 to THB 2,999 per month. The plans include Network Priority under a 24-month service commitment, Serenade Gold or Platinum privileges, a free choice of numbers from 0000 to 9999, and complimentary access to AIS PLAY Premium Plus and ReelShort for 24 months, subject to the applicable terms.
Customers purchasing a device with a new package starting at THB 699 can receive a handset discount of up to THB 25,000 and an additional 60GB of full-speed data. The offer also includes six months of AIS PLAY Asian, bringing together iQIYI, Viu, and WeTV, valued at THB 954, as well as one year of ReelShort. Customers purchasing an unlocked device without a service commitment can receive a discount of up to THB 17,300.
Trade-ins of selected eligible devices qualify for an additional AIS discount of up to THB 5,300, with limited availability. AIS Serenade customers can redeem AIS Points for an additional discount of up to THB 12,000 and earn up to twice the usual number of points, while other AIS customers can redeem points for discounts of up to THB 5,000. Serenade customers can also receive one complimentary screen replacement when subscribing to AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services, subject to the specified terms.
On the network side, AIS said the latest iPhone models can use its 5G-ADVANCED network, which supports the simultaneous aggregation of multiple 5G SA carriers for both downlink and uplink through Downlink 3CC and Uplink 2CC. The network also supports VoNR, enabling voice calls directly over 5G. AIS claims to be the first and only operator in Southeast Asia to have activated these capabilities.
AIS Pro specialists provide a one-stop service covering old-device assessment, new-device preparation, data transfer, and initial setup. AIS has also introduced AI Assistance to help its staff quickly access product, package, promotion, and benefit information when recommending offers for individual customers.
AIS is additionally offering CLICX account holders digital coupons for walk-in purchase queues covering the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. The coupons are available through the CLICX app from September 17–24, 2026, with a total allocation of 2,000 devices over eight days. Successful applicants receive a purchase queue for the following day exclusively at AIS SIAM. First-day iPhone 18 Pro collection is available at AIS SIAM, AIS Shops, and authorized dealers nationwide.
