Flash Express เปิดตัวบริการเสริม “Flash Care Plus” เพิ่มความคุ้มครองกรณีพัสดุสูญหายหรือเสียหายระหว่างการจัดส่ง ด้วยวงเงินชดเชยสูงสุด 50,000 บาท เจาะกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการและผู้ใช้บริการที่ต้องส่งสินค้ามูลค่าสูงหรือสินค้าที่มีข้อจำกัดเป็นประจำ
บริการครอบคลุมสินค้าพิเศษ 4 หมวด ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อุปกรณ์เครื่องดนตรี อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ รวมถึงชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์และเครื่องยนต์ นอกจากนี้ยังรองรับสินค้าที่ต้องเพิ่มความระมัดระวังระหว่างขนส่ง เช่น สินค้าเปราะบาง สินค้าเน่าเสียง่าย และสินค้าที่ปนเปื้อนได้ง่าย ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด
Flash Care Plus คิดค่าบริการ 2% ของมูลค่าสินค้าที่ลูกค้าระบุ โดยเริ่มต้นวงเงินคุ้มครองที่ 5,000 บาท และให้ความคุ้มครองสูงสุด 50,000 บาท ช่วยให้ผู้ส่งสามารถเลือกระดับความคุ้มครองให้เหมาะกับมูลค่าของพัสดุแต่ละชิ้น
ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถซื้อ Flash Care Plus ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Flash Express หรือใช้บริการที่ Flash Shop, Flash Home และ Flash Drop Point ทั่วประเทศ โดยควรตรวจสอบรายละเอียดสินค้า เงื่อนไข และข้อยกเว้นก่อนเลือกใช้บริการ
Flash Express Launches Flash Care Plus with Parcel Protection of Up to 50,000 Baht
Flash Express has introduced “Flash Care Plus,” an optional service that provides additional protection for parcels lost or damaged during delivery. Compensation is available up to 50,000 baht, targeting businesses and customers who regularly ship high-value or restricted items.
The service covers four special product categories: electronic equipment, musical instruments, medical equipment, and automotive or engine parts. It also supports items requiring additional care in transit, including fragile, perishable and contamination-sensitive goods, subject to the company’s terms and conditions.
Flash Care Plus is priced at 2% of the declared product value. Coverage starts at 5,000 baht and extends to a maximum of 50,000 baht, allowing senders to select protection based on the value of each shipment.
Customers can purchase Flash Care Plus through the Flash Express application or at Flash Shop, Flash Home and Flash Drop Point locations nationwide. Product eligibility, exclusions and service conditions should be reviewed before use.
