AIS ตั้งวอร์รูม 24 ชั่วโมง ระดมทีมวิศวกร รถสถานีฐานเคลื่อนที่ และระบบ AI เฝ้าระวังเครือข่ายสื่อสารช่วยผู้ประสบภัยน้ำท่วมจังหวัดน่านและภาคเหนือ
AIS ระดมทีมวิศวกรและช่างเทคนิคดูแลเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่และอินเทอร์เน็ตบ้านในจังหวัดน่านและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง หลังฝนตกต่อเนื่องจนเกิดน้ำป่าไหลหลากและน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะอำเภอปัว ซึ่งระดับน้ำเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ส่งผลกระทบต่อบ้านเรือนและเส้นทางสัญจรในหลายอำเภอ พร้อมสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์สื่อสารแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเสริมภารกิจช่วยเหลือประชาชนในพื้นที่ประสบภัย
บริษัทฯ ได้ยกระดับมาตรการรักษาความต่อเนื่องของระบบสื่อสาร เพื่อรองรับการใช้งานของประชาชน เจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัย และหน่วยงานช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย ดังนี้
- ตั้งวอร์รูมตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ติดตามและบริหารเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ อินเทอร์เน็ตบ้าน ระบบส่งสัญญาณ และสถานีฐานในพื้นที่เสี่ยงแบบเรียลไทม์
- เตรียมรถสถานีฐานเคลื่อนที่และทีมภาคสนาม เพิ่มขีดความสามารถของเครือข่ายในพื้นที่ประสบภัย จุดยุทธศาสตร์ และบริเวณที่มีการใช้งานหนาแน่น โดยพร้อมเข้าพื้นที่ทันทีเมื่อเส้นทางปลอดภัย
- เสริมระบบไฟฟ้าสำรอง จัดเตรียมเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า เชื้อเพลิง และอุปกรณ์สำรองสำหรับสถานีฐานหลัก กรณีเกิดไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง
- เฝ้าระวังพื้นที่สำคัญเป็นพิเศษ ครอบคลุมโรงพยาบาล ศูนย์บัญชาการเหตุการณ์ ศูนย์อพยพ ศูนย์พักพิง จุดช่วยเหลือประชาชน และพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่

- ประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและสนับสนุนระบบสื่อสารร่วมกับกรมป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ส่วนราชการ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น หน่วยกู้ภัย และภาคประชาสังคม
- สนับสนุนการสื่อสารของศูนย์ JIC มอบเราเตอร์ AIS 5G CPE ให้แก่สำนักประชาสัมพันธ์เขต 3 เพื่อเสริมศักยภาพทีมข่าวและศูนย์ประชาสัมพันธ์ในภาวะวิกฤต ในการติดตามและรายงานสถานการณ์อุทกภัยในจังหวัดน่าน
AIS จะติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิดและเร่งฟื้นฟูโครงข่ายหากเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถติดต่อครอบครัว ขอความช่วยเหลือ และรับข้อมูลจากภาครัฐได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดช่วงอุทกภัย
AIS Sets Up 24-Hour War Room as Floods Hit Nan, Deploying Mobile Base Stations and Backup Power for High-Risk Areas
AIS has stepped up the protection of its mobile and home internet networks in Nan and nearby areas after continuous rainfall triggered flash floods and overflowing waterways. Pua district has been among the affected areas, with rapidly rising water levels disrupting homes and transportation routes.
The company has established a 24-hour war room to monitor base stations, transmission systems and network conditions in high-risk areas in real time. Mobile base stations and field engineering teams are also on standby to increase network capacity in affected and high-traffic locations once access routes are considered safe.
AIS has prepared backup generators, fuel and supporting equipment for key base stations in case of power disruptions. Special attention is being given to hospitals, incident command centers, evacuation centers, shelters, public assistance points and areas where emergency personnel are operating.
AI and IoT technologies are being used to analyze traffic and optimize network performance. AIS is also preparing water-level monitoring equipment for risk areas while tracking weather conditions, power availability and access to base station sites to support network management during the emergency.
The company is coordinating with the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, government agencies, local authorities, rescue organizations and civil society groups. AIS has also provided AIS 5G CPE routers to Public Relations Region 3 to support news teams and the Joint Information Center in monitoring and reporting the flood situation in Nan.
AIS said it will continue to closely monitor conditions and restore network services as quickly as possible in the event of disruptions, helping residents stay connected with their families, seek assistance and receive official information throughout the flooding.
